We set it up
The first logins, the first tools, and the connection to your site. You are not left to wire it up.
Your login
Both sit on your cube, the private setup we host for you. Customers see the website. You log in to run the work: enquiries, jobs, bookings, and the tools you have asked us to switch on. The site does not need those tools to stay up.
We set it up. You do not start from an empty screen and a manual. As you get used to it, you can take more on yourself, change what is there, and add people from your team.
A tool on the login is a blueprint: a small application for one job, such as taking bookings or chasing a late payment. The portal comes with a library of these. We install the ones that match the business. Where the library does not cover it, a new one can be put together for you.

2
Each blueprint does a piece of the work. You switch on what you need. The rest stays off.
3
The account holder starts. Further people get their own login, and only the parts they should see.
These are the jobs the platform is already aimed at. None of them have to be on from day one. They are here so you can see the range, and we can talk about which ones are worth switching on.
Customers
Public chat, review collection, a booking calendar, appointment reminders, lead generation, social posting, and Google or Meta ads. Search, keyword research, and the Google Business Profile sit with this too.
The work
Job tickets, a CRM, web dialling, and late payment reminders. The booking calendar belongs here as well as on the site, so the diary and the customer see the same thing.
The site
The website is included, with unlimited updates. You can edit it from the login, with the assistant, and roll a change back. New pages can go on a domain you already own.
The cube can run the site and the blueprints with no AI involved. The assistant is there when you want to be shown around, to change a blueprint, or to add a login for someone on the team. You can also look at users yourself and set what each person is allowed to open.
Beyond that, you can add agents for particular roles: answering calls, or a step in a job that repeats. They can be given regular tasks, and you can talk to them in the login. They are a tool you choose. The office still works without them.
The cube is already connected to the main messaging channels and the usual outside services, so a blueprint can send a reminder or take a payment chase without a separate subscription for each job.
